Our automatic uncapping machine is a masterpiece of technical precision, specially developed for demanding use in larger beekeepers. It enables the uncapping of an impressive 400-450 frames per hour, a performance achieved by our exclusively used heated oscillating knives. These knives make it easy to remove the wax without leaving any residue and ensure a smooth process.
The oscillating blades are heated by an efficient hot water circuit, fed by a 5 liter tank and a 0.8 kW heating element. With the digital thermostat, the water temperature can be precisely regulated between 30°C and 90°C. This controlled knife temperature allows the wax layer to be cut precisely without damaging the frames structure.
The machine offers easy adjustment of the passage width between the knives using a side lever. The frames can be loaded onto the transfer rail manually or using the optional deboxer and then automatically guided between the knives. Our precise adjustments result in even wax removal on both sides of the frames, allowing the bees to quickly repopulate the frames upon their return.
The frames pass through the machine on a stainless steel feed chain with adjustable tension that leads to a buffer rail. This rail is available in 1.5m or 2.0m lengths, with other sizes available upon request.
To separate decapped wax and honey, we offer two additional machines: a metal honey-wax separator with a capacity of 200 kg of wax per hour and an electric separator for melted, clear wax after honey separation.
Another outstanding feature is the separate drive for frames and knives, which prevents the motor from being overloaded. Our machine is made entirely of stainless steel (W. No. 1.3401, AISI 304), including the heated vibration knives, and is powered by 230 V. The maximum power is 2.2 kW.
