Discover the versatility of our electrically heated steam wax melter: Ideal for beekeepers looking for an efficient solution to melt lid wax, wax residue or the wax from complete frames. This device is equipped with a specially designed basket that is perfect for holding complete frames.

Innovative design and easy handling: The bottom of the basket can be easily lifted and is attached to the drive axle with a double bearing solution. A removable stiffener with three length bars makes it easier to lift the basket out. Thanks to the central steering knuckle, the basket fits perfectly under the lid of the machine, which provides additional stability during centrifugal operation.

Efficient centrifugal mode for maximum honey extraction: As soon as the wax or frames are in the basket, the honey is effectively thrown out of the wax using the centrifugal mode. The perforated sides and bottom of the basket allow the honey to be collected and drained out of the machine.

Fast and efficient wax melting: After spinning, wax melting begins by switching on the heater. Steam generation starts after about 20-30 minutes, melting the wax and discharging it through the drain. Spin mode speeds up this process and allows for more efficient melting.

Safety and comfort: The machine has a safety heating switch that interrupts the heating process if the water level is insufficient. The excess water can be easily drained using a drain tap on the side.

Various sizes and additional options: Available in three sizes (diameter: 51 cm, 64 cm, 74 cm) and optionally with a double-walled design and machine insulation for more efficient operation in cool temperatures.
